一， 使用方法（Operation method）
1. 根据工具和附件的自重选择适当的弹簧平衡器型号规格
Choose the balancer of the proper specification according to the weight of the tool and appendix.
2. 悬挂弹簧平衡器时，务必连接好保险绳。
While hanging the balancer, you must join the insurance rope well.
3.调节平衡度时，先拆卸保险片，然后用板手调节轴，顺时针为增加提升力，逆时针时为减小提升力，当调节到优状态时，再将保险片安装上。
While regulating the balance degree,dismantle the insurance slice first.Then regulate the axle with spanner.Clockwise is for increasing andpromote the strenght and counterclockwise is for reducing the strength of promoting.When regulate to the best state,install the insurance slice.
4.从平衡器上取下工具时，必须在平衡器钢丝绳全部卷入塔轮后进行，防止平衡器吊钩脱手造成突然卸荷，引起份人或钢丝绳错槽损坏弹簧平衡器。
When taking down tools from the balance, you must go on after keeping the steels rope of the balancer all involved in the cone pulley.In case you cannot draw the hanging hook under the balancer,cause sudden unloaded carring and the hanging hook regain fast.It will hurt someone or the steel rope damage tools by mistaken trough.
5.平衡器上未悬挂工具时，切勿无故空拉空放，以免造成钢丝绳错槽卡死或掉槽
When the balance has not been hung the tool,make sure not to clear out putting emptily without reason,so as not to cause the rope in wrongly trough or lose the trough.
6.当操作工具橫向移动的斜度超过30度时，需移动接近垂直位置再放松工具，否則會引起钢丝绳错槽卡死。
When the operation tool moves to exceed 30degrees as the horizontal slope,you need move close to vertical position and then relax the tool.Otherwise it will cause the steel rope in wrongly trough.
7.平衡器应垂直悬挂。
Load should be hung vertically.
二， 注意事项 Attention
在拆卸平衡器时，需先逆时针调节，使卷簧完全处于松弛状态后方可进行其他工作。
While dismantling the balancer,you need to regulate the axle counterclockwise first and make a reed totally at the relaxed state, and then you can carry on other work.
1. 每月应对平衡器进行一次安全检查，主要检查內容有：
You should carry on a safety inspection to the balancers every month.
（1） 紧固件是否松动。
Whether the fastener becomes flexible.
（2） 上、下吊钩有无碰份、裂纹及其他缺陷。
Whether the hanging hook has damaging,crackle and other defects.
(3) 保险钢丝绳是否可靠。
Whether the insurance rope is reliable.
